It was a real delight when Nikki gave her talk, Reclaiming Play: The Leadership Power of Creativity at our senior female networking group event.  The concepts of play and creativity are tucked away into scarce personal time, if there is time for them at all!  Our professional lives are poorer for it.

Nikki reminded us of the power of thinking differently, approaching challenge from different perspectives and giving space to more playful pursuits to release stress and anxiety, which allows us to think more creatively.  Her down-to-earth, natural interpersonal style engendered a relaxed session complete with creative play activities providing some pertinent key messages around the value of spending time on more creative pursuits.

This book isn’t all its surface has you believe – and that makes it such a difficult book to review, as it’s so important that its secrets (revealed satisfyingly near the book’s end) hit you with the same punch that I felt. The whole book was very different, highly original, its construction impeccable, its characters enthralling – and I very much enjoyed it.

YES absolutely I cannot recommend highly enough. Nikki was a gift that came at exactly the moment I needed it and kept me on my writing path. Without Nikki I would have fallen by the wayside.

Loved the story. Loved exploring the different characters and their different backgrounds. Lots of twists and turns. Really interested in hypnotherapy & how it helped the characters. Really easy to read. Highly recommend.

Really great read with excellent twist in the tale. Gets you thinking and wanting to read it again. Would warmly recommend – entertaining, fun and aimed at a forgotten target market! Would make a fab book club read with plenty to discuss. 

I love this podcast!  Nikki has a warm, friendly tone and comes across as really approachable.  It is easy to listen to and the guests are interesting and have different perspectives.  There is no ‘right’ way to be more creative and enhance your life and The Creative Switch embodies this.  Recommended.

Nikki has the rare ability to listen and extract incredibly interesting information from her guests. Both as a listener of her podcast series and as a previous guest, the time flies listening to a conversation choreographed by Nikki delving into the creative spirit and personal motivations of her guests and keeps me coming back for more!
