Terms and Conditions for December 2020 Giveaway

  1. The promoter and organiser of the December 2020 Giveaway is Nikki Vallance trading as a sole trader.
  2. The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with Nikki involved in judging the Giveaway.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Giveaway.
  4. By entering this Giveaway, an entrant acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to do so and is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the Giveaway and details of how to enter are promoted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. All time zones stated are GMT.
  8. Closing date for entry will be 16th December 2020 5.00pm. After this date no further entries to the Giveaway will be permitted.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Giveaway will run from 9AM on 10th December 2020 until 5PM on Wednesday 16th December 2020. GMT.

Winners will be picked at random, from all qualifying entries only and notified by 5PM on Friday 18th December 2020.

Incomplete entries will not qualify for the giveaway.

Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.

Entrants may enter at any point between these dates.

Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.

Giveaway open to UK residents, aged 18 years and over only.

Entrants must complete all 3 steps to be entered into the draw. *If you are already a follower, or registered for the newsletter as required in Step 2 and 3, you will be entered into the draw, as long as you have completed step 1 and satisfy all other participation criteria.

11. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, the promoter. is unable to provide the stated Giveaway, they reserve the right to award a substitute Giveaway of equal value.

12.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13.The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

14.The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

15.The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram by 5PM 18th December 2020. The winners will be required to provide a postal address for delivery of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16. Nikki Vallance‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the Giveaway will be entered into.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Winner must be willing to participate in publicity if required.

18. The Giveaway winner must agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes.

19. Any other personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

In the case of any discrepancy, the Website terms and conditions will apply. 29.The December 2020 Giveaway Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

30. Nikki Vallance shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, damage to goods in transit, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

31. By entering The December 2020 Giveaway Entrants agree to indemnify Nikki Vallance against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Nikki Vallance under the terms and conditions of The December 2020 Giveaway.

32. All entrants to The December 2020 Giveaway draw will be deemed to have accepted The December 2020 Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
